How do I redeem my digital tickets?
After purchase, you will receive a QR code via email. Simply present this code at any festival venue entrance for scanning. You can also save it to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation by the festival, full refunds will be issued. Ticket transfers are allowed up to 24 hours before the event.
Is there an age restriction for the festival?
Some screenings are age-restricted depending on the film's rating. Family-friendly events are clearly marked on the schedule. ID may be requested at the door for R-rated films.
Where are the venues located?
Our main hub is the historic Georgetown Theatre. Additional screenings take place at the University Auditorium and the Waterfront Open-Air Cinema. A map is provided in the welcome packet.
